Build Quality Experience™
Communication is Key
You will meet with your Del Webb Construction Manager during these Four Steps
Introduction
Your Construction Manager is your partner throughout the process. You’ll go over every step together and address your questions before construction begins.
Pre-Closing Orientation
The Construction Manager will provide you a guided tour through your new home to review the expectations of the products, functionality, maintenance, and warranty.
Pre-Drywall Orientation
Before we put up the drywall, you will be given a guided walk-through to show you your home’s mechanical systems that will soon be enclosed.
Celebration
After rigorous inspections and evaluations, construction is complete. As you tour your new home, you’ll see how every aspect of craftsmanship and quality comes together in your new home.
Inspections
We believe in going above and beyond industry standards to ensure your house is a quality, well-constructed home. Several of the Build Quality steps involve inspections including your home’s foundation, frame, and mechanics. These help us make sure we uphold our high standards.
